About the Job
Lab assistant needed for a busy dermatology clinic. Applicant must be a self-starter comfortable with a team environment.
This job WILL require travel.
The following duties and responsibilities generally reflect the expectations of this position but are not intended to be all-inclusive:
- Handling Fresh Tissue.
- Cutting Frozen Sections.
- Staining Tissue.
- Prepare Histology Specimens.
- Documenting Results.
- Logging Patient Information.
- Data Entry.
Key Skill Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science or an Associate of Science or Certified Histotechnologist.
- Excellent teamwork.

- Strong organizational skills.
- HIPAA compliance and safe OSHA practices.
